MYENI deliberately focuses on property opportunities that are achievable, commercially sensible and responsive to real market demand. Our current portfolio is concentrated in rental accommodation, residential property and renovations.

We believe a project does not have to be massive to create meaningful value. A well-located 12-unit rental development, a properly structured 15-unit project or the repositioning of an existing home can create sustainable income and long-term asset value.
