MYENI's Residential Renovations work applies the same practical approach used across the wider portfolio: identify what an existing property can become, determine the right intervention, improve the asset and position it for stronger use or rental performance.
The 2026 programme includes two home apartments within the current portfolio. The emphasis is on practical improvements, efficient capital deployment and creating a property product that can perform sustainably.
